My interest in gluten-free baking began in 2008 when my son (then three years old) had to go on a gluten-free diet. Learning how to make tasty, gluten-free goodies the whole family could enjoy was a steep learning curve. Now, however, I serve gluten-free treats to family and company alike, and no one even realizes the difference.

A native a Christchurch, New Zealand, I grew up helping my mother run her catering business. On my last visit home, I was amazed to see how many bakeries were offering gluten-free products....so you might notice a bit of New Zealand influence in our goodies.
